Kieran continues to push the organization, breaking boundaries and driving positive change.

Vice President, Cornwall
As Vice President, Steven Gravel is based in Cornwall Ontario where he leads the Sales and Operations team responsible for the Northern/Arctic Segment of Igloo’s business. Steven brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise in the domains of project management, construction methods and supply chain.

Alex Voo
Account Manager, Lumber
Alex Voo is an veteran account manager with over 23 years experience in providing customers with exceptional service and assistance with their entire building package. Focus is on business development and sales of engineered wood products, stairs, lumber and design. Other hobbies and interests include golfing, fishing and the great out doors with friends and family. Also shares a passion in photography.
Matt Kratzmann
Design & Estimating Manager
Account Manager, Lumber
Matt Kratzmann is Design and Estimating Manager, overseeing EWP design of residential and commercial projects as well as framing material estimating services. He is also an Account Manager in Igloo’s lumber division. In his role, Matt works to provide Igloo’s cliental with the knowledge and service needed to help ease the construction process.
Jason Maheden
Account Manager, Lumber
Jason Maheden has been an Account Manager with Igloo since 2011. He manages accounts of all sizes. Specializing in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with his clients and their team. With effective communication and utilizing his experiences in building design he is able to pass that on to his clients and help to bring their projects to timely completions while ensuring they come in on budget.
Alison Baxandall
Operations Manager, Drywall
Alison Baxandall is the Operations Manager of Igloo Drywall with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She oversees the division’s operations, including production, quality control, and safety. Her focus is on ensuring that Igloo Drywall provides the highest quality products and services to builders while maintaining efficient timelines.
Tim Mohr
Account Manager, Drywall
Tim Mohr is responsible for overseeing all project estimates and specifications. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry and a business background, Tim has a unique skillset that gives him a broad understanding of what it takes to complete a job. He works closely with his team and builders to provide comprehensive pricing and materials that meet their building needs.
Treena VanHerk
Sales Manager, Finishing
With over 25 years of experience in business development and sales management she understands there is great importance in meeting the customer’s needs. She works closely with her high performance team, encouraging & coaching to prioritize lean processes & ISO standards, generating value for our builders. Her experience spans a range of industries, giving her a diverse perspective, an ability to adapt quickly, & approach each new challenge with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.
Brian Sakovich
Account Manager, Northern Sales
Brian Sakovich is an Account Manager overseeing Northern Building material Sales in the Northwest territories and Yukon. In his role, Brian provides pricing, shipping options and support for contactor, Government and private Building Projects in Northern Canada and Northern Alberta, with a focus on helping customers keep projects on Budget.

OPERATIONS MANAGER|CORNWALL, ONT
Derek Bones is our Operations Manager at our Cornwall, Ontario location. Derek has over 30 years of operational managerial experience and is the heart of our operations department. Derek is a strategic thinker and an efficiency expert and the master of Microsoft Excel. With a keen eye for detail and the driving force behind our processes and streamlined workflows. Derek’s expertise in managing complex sealift shipments and leading our cross-functional teams ensures that every project is delivered on time and to the highest of standards.

Matthew Robinson is our Sales Manager at our Cornwall, Ontario location. Matthew is the heart of our dynamic sales team, a visionary leader dedicated to steering our sales team towards unprecedented success. Matthew is the architect behind our strategic sales plans that not only expands our customer base but ensures a robust and enduring presence in the Canadian Arctic market.

Igloo is a long-standing member of the Independent Lumber Dealers Co-operative – a leading buying group, comprised of 21 of Canada’s largest independent home improvement organizations. We are also a proud member of the Western Retail Lumber Association, an interest group dedicated to maintaining best practices within its membership. We strive for quality, which is why we became an active member of the Western Wood Truss Association of Alberta. Together, with other members, we set standards of excellence through the development of quality control programs and procedures in both, design and manufacturing.
