Health Benefits
- Igloo pays 50% of employee’s healthcare premiums after 3 months of employment
- extended healthcare coverage (50% paid by Igloo; 50% by employee): 100% ambulance, hospital, chiropractor, massage therapist, naturopath etc.; 80% prescriptions; cost limitations do apply
- dental services: 80% basic services (cleaning, surgical, diagnostic, periodontal, restorative) and 50% major services (dentures, crowns, bridgework) at the maximum cost of $500/year, increasing to $1000 after 24 months
- long-term disability, accidental death, dismemberment and life insurance (including life insurance for dependents) are all offered (premiums paid for by employee)
Equipment
- 50% subsidy on purchase of steel-toed boots—up to $50—after a year of employment

Education
- reimbursement for WHMIS, TDG, forklift certification, first aid, AutoCAD Level 1 (employee must pass course and stay employed with Igloo for 6 months after course completion)
