When Qingdao Choicer Group was asked to build a wastewater treatment plant for a textile factory in an industrial park in Jiaozhou, Shandong Province in the People’s Republic of China, they approached Lockerbie & Hole, which in turn approached Igloo. Igloo is also sharing in the development of a new gated residential community in Shanghai, where there is a growing demand for North American design, construction and materials.
